I manage devices and equipment, handle website updates, and design and implement new systems to improve efficiency. I also lead the IT team, collaborate with departments to resolve technical challenges, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable operations.

During my internship at the Central Bank of Suriname, I was entrusted with the responsibility of addressing level 1 IT issues and providing assistance to users regarding various aspects of IT, including computer systems, internet connectivity, email services, and internal software applications. Moreover, I had the privilege of participating in the Global Money Week of 2019. During this significant event, I collaborated with the Central Bank of Suriname in visiting two schools, where I actively contributed to educating and enlightening students about the pivotal functions and responsibilities of the institution.

Network Administrator

During my internship at NATIN-MBO, I was entrusted with the pivotal task of orchestrating the deployment of a CRM system tailored to the needs of NATIN ICT. This undertaking necessitated meticulous adherence to prescribed guidelines, dictating the selection, implementation, configuration, and testing phases of the CRM system. Subsequently, a rigorous evaluation process was conducted to discern the most apt CRM solution. Once identified, I spearheaded its seamless integration and customization to align with the distinct specifications of NATIN-MBO. Thorough testing protocols were then employed to refine and optimize the CRM system, ensuring its seamless functionality and alignment with NATIN-MBO's operational objectives.
